Important information regarding the AGM of Octopus AIM VCT 2 plc
In light of the current Government restrictions, the Board of Octopus AIM VCT 2 plc has announced the following arrangements relating to its AGM to be held at the offices of Octopus Investments, 33 Holborn, London, EC1N 2HT on Thursday 30 April 2020 at 11.00 a.m.
Attendance
Due to the Coronavirus stay at home measures in place in the UK, the AGM will be run as a closed meeting and shareholders will not be able to attend in person. Shareholders attempting to attend the AGM will be refused entry. We hope that you understand that we are taking these steps to protect our shareholders, employees and the Board.
Shareholder participation
We encourage all shareholders to participate in the meeting by submitting proxy forms to ensure their vote counts at the AGM, appointing the Chairman of the Meeting as their proxy.
Proxy voting can be carried out in advance of the AGM through one of the following options:
via the CREST System if you hold your shares in CREST.
Proxies must be received by no later than 11.00 a.m. on Tuesday 28 April 2020.
Shareholders can also submit questions in writing, to be received at least two business days before the meeting (i.e. by 11.00 a.m. on 28 April 2020), by sending an e-mail to Aimvct2agm@octopusinvestments.com.

A copy of the Notice of AGM is available in the AIM VCT 2 annual report which is available on our AIM VCTs shareholder information page. The results relating to the resolutions tabled at the AGM will also be published on the Company’s website following the meeting.
